I started Jan 08, after being diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. I also had hypertension, cholesterol issues as well as being overweight. 6 months later Rob and I had turned my health around. I am now 30lbs lighter and the diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol are under control. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I love my new self and plan to stick with Rob's program.

I enjoy being able to workout with other people. I need that group workout environment to stay motivated. I also like the variety of the workouts--It's something different all the time.  I would recommend the program because it really does make you physically and mentally stronger and motivated to continue.  I just signed up for my third Boot Camp and I can't wait to get started.

Grand Rapids Adventure Boot Camp has changed my life.  5 Months ago, if you would've told me that I would be exercising daily and truly looking forward to it every morning, I would've  laughed in your face.  Boot camp has given me the opportunity to accomplish so many things.  Before Boot Camp, I gave up when things got tough. Boot Camp has taught me that if I set goals for myself and make a commitment to myself to acheive them, I WILL!  In my first month of Boot Camp, I walked most of the mile.  Last weekend, I completed my first ever half-marathon and crossing that finish line was AMAZING!  Rob helped me find an inner-motivation that I didn't even know that I had and I can't thank him enough for that.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. After two camps, I have learned so many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn't know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, hips and abs. I feel so much leaner and firm. I'm into a size 4 and my energy level has seen a significant boost. I look forward to every morning's new adventure.
